Can I place my order over the phone?

If you have a special request or bespoke order please leave us a message on 0115 9982365 and we will call you back to confirm it. Otherwise please place all other orders on our website. 

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can amend your order by contacting us via our contact us page within 4 hours of placing your order. When amending an order, the things we can easily change for you are delivery addresses, contact information and gift message.If you’re looking to add another item to your order, we suggest placing a separate order, letting us know straight away and we’ll refund the second postage cost for you.

I didn't get an order confirmation?

Confirmation is emailed as soon as an order is placed, be sure to check your junk or spam as they can sometimes find their way into the wrong inbox. Otherwise please contact us on our Contact Us page with your delivery address and we will be sure to locate your order.

Where is my order?

All UK orders are expected to arrive within 5 working days and if you've chosen special delivery can be tracked with Royal Mail on Track and Trace using your provided Royal Mail tracking number. Any concerns, please contact our customer care team with your order number and delivery address.

Can I return my order?

On the rare occasion that you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a full refund on any products that have not been personalized. All personalized items are ineligible for return or refund. Earrings are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons. Please note: we are not able to provide postage labels or cover return postage costs unless the item is faulty. 

What are the products made from?

Unless otherwise stated most of our jewelry is made from stainless steel plated in golden alloy or rose gold alloy. It is recommended you don't subject them to water or cosmetics and perfumes and use a soft cloth to keep your items looking

Will my item tarnish or fade?

Some of our items are made from plated metal so we include the care card to detail how to look after your jewelry. As advised it can tarnish over time and more so if your item has come into contact with water however if your item is under 3 months old, contact us with an image and we will help in resolving this for you.

Can I send this as a gift?

We know our beautiful jewelry makes the perfect gift so you can easily send the order directly to your loved ones. Our paperwork will not display any price information so simply add their delivery address at the checkout along with any gift message.
